FERRETTI YACHTS 720, THE EVOLUTION OF THE FLYBRIDGE ICON PLAYS A STARRING ROLE AT THE CANNES YACHTING FESTIVAL AND THE GENOA BOAT SHOW
Ferretti Yachts 720 will once again take centre stage at two of the industry’s most prestigious international events the Cannes Yachting Festival 2026 taking place from September 8 to 13 and the Genoa International Boat Show, scheduled for October 1 to 6.
Measuring 22.5 metres (73 ft 10 in) in overall length with a maximum beam of 5.60 metres (18 ft 4 in), the latest evolution of Ferretti Yachts 720 refreshes one of the brand’s most successful flybridge models. The new version further develops Ferretti Yachts’ “Just Like Home” philosophy, offering generous volumes, enhanced functionality and light-filled spaces designed to elevate comfort on board.
The project is the result of collaboration between Ferretti Group’s Strategic Product Committee and Engineering Department with architect Filippo Salvetti responsible for the exterior design and IdeaeItalia developing the interiors.
Key exterior updates include a redesigned profile, a fresh interpretation of the gunwale and larger glazed surfaces in both the lounge and master cabin, strengthening the visual and physical connection between interior and exterior spaces. A new hardtop also provides an additional shaded area for greater comfort on deck.
Inside, one of the most significant developments is the clearer separation between the dining and living areas and the galley and wheelhouse. A sliding glass door creates a semi-enclosed environment, providing increased privacy while maintaining a sense of openness. The wheelhouse features a pillar-free windscreen an instrument panel accommodating up to four 16-inch displays and new pilot seats designed by Poltrona Frau.
The lower deck accommodates four cabins, including master and VIP suites with private bathrooms, complemented by significantly increased storage throughout the yacht. The 41-square-metre flybridge has also been optimised with a new dining area, additional storage and the option of a second pilot seat.
Alongside Ferretti Yachts 720, the brand will showcase an impressive selection of models at the Cannes Yachting Festival, including Ferretti Yachts 580, Ferretti Yachts 860, Ferretti Yachts 940 and INFYNITO 90. Ferretti Yachts 580 will also join Ferretti Yachts 720 at the Genoa International Boat Show.
At upcoming events and boat shows, the sleeping areas will be styled with Quagliotti fabrics synonymous with Italian excellence in high-end manufacturing since 1933 featuring bed linen and textile accessories.
