THE ROMEO 55 – ROMEO MARINE’S MEDITERRANEAN INSPIRED, MIDDLE-EASTERN MASTERPIECE AHEAD OF INTERNATIONAL DEBUT
Romeo Marine’s 55-Metre Superyacht Set for Global Debut. Dubai-based shipyard Romeo Marine is preparing to unveil its flagship Romeo 55 to the world. Combining a striking exterior profile, refined Italian interiors, exceptional engineering and flawless craftsmanship, the 55-metre superyacht represents the culmination of decades of expertise in yacht construction and luxury interiors.
Designed with expansive outdoor living spaces and elegant interiors by Pulina Exclusive Interiors, the Romeo 55 features extensive glazing including dramatic double-height windows in the aft superstructure that fills the yacht with natural light while maintaining an uninterrupted connection to the surrounding sea.

Built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, the yacht reflects over 20 years of Romeo Marine’s experience in yacht fit-out, refit, and rebuild, alongside more than four decades of expertise from the wider Romeo Interiors Group in premium interior design and craftsmanship. The result is a meticulously crafted 780 GT yacht created to deliver extraordinary experiences in the world’s most desirable cruising destinations.
Inspired by Nature lies at the heart of the Romeo 55’s design philosophy, influencing every aspect of its architecture and interiors.
“The inspiration behind the Romeo 55 came from observing nature’s subtle ability to shape both landscapes and emotions,” explains Alessandro Pulina, Founder of Pulina Exclusive Interiors. “We were captivated by the marks left by water, wind and time along the shoreline. These natural forms became the basis of our design language, creating spaces that feel as though they have been gently sculpted by nature.”

Soft curves and sculptural forms create a calming and immersive onboard environment, while the light contemporary colour palette reflects the surrounding sea, sky and coastline visible through expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. The result is an elegant, timeless interior that suits both private ownership and luxury charter operations.
Thoughtfully integrated architectural details further strengthen the relationship between the yacht and its surroundings. Flowing deckhead designs inspired by moving water naturally draw the eye toward the ocean while generous glazing blurs the boundary between interior and exterior living.
Outdoor spaces have been designed to accommodate every aspect of life on board, from relaxation and entertainment to wellness and quiet reflection. Highlights include private balconies adjoining the owner’s suite, spacious alfresco dining and lounge areas across the main and upper decks, and an impressive sun deck featuring an aft spa pool, sunpads, fitness area, cinema setup, bar, and a panoramic sky lounge with an opening skylight that enhances the open-air experience.

A Private Waterfront Residence the Romeo 55 offers remarkable interior volume, emphasising openness, light and comfort throughout.
Forward on the main deck, the full-beam owner’s suite has been conceived as a luxurious private waterfront residence. The suite features a dramatic double-height ceiling with skylight, a contemporary private study, spacious sleeping quarters, his-and-hers en suites, and fold-down balconies on both sides of the yacht.
Five generously proportioned VIP and guest cabins on the lower deck are complemented by elegant main and upper saloons. Their flexible layouts encourage relaxed socialising while easily adapting for formal entertaining.
The main deck also includes an indoor dining area positioned forward within the saloon. A sculptural, curved sideboard subtly separates the dining space from the aft lounge, maintaining visual openness while defining each area.

Throughout the yacht, circulation has been carefully considered to ensure seamless movement between interior and exterior spaces, reinforcing a strong sense of openness and continuity.
The upper saloon serves as the yacht’s primary social hub, offering effortless access to the upper aft deck. Designed for entertaining throughout the day and evening, it features a dedicated bar, games table, concealed television, and panoramic views that create a sophisticated yet relaxed atmosphere.
Connecting all guest decks is a sculptural central staircase that elegantly wraps around a glass guest elevator, creating both a striking design statement and effortless vertical circulation.
Mediterranean-Inspired Living rather than following traditional yacht design conventions, Pulina Exclusive Interiors envisioned the Romeo 55 as a luxurious Mediterranean coastal residence at sea.
“Instead of drawing inspiration from conventional yacht interiors, we focused on the comfort, elegance and emotional warmth of residential living,” says Alessandro Pulina. “The atmosphere of Mediterranean coastal villas, natural light and contemporary architecture informed every aspect of the interior.”

The material palette combines rich mahogany veneers, natural stone, premium leather and refined metallic accents. Mahogany introduces warmth and depth throughout the yacht, while bespoke parquet flooring reinforces its residential character.
Natural marble and stone are incorporated as sculptural design features, adding texture, brightness and timeless elegance. Carefully selected leather upholstery and metallic finishes provide additional richness and tactile appeal, resulting in interiors where craftsmanship, architectural sophistication and premium materials come together in perfect harmony.
Bespoke Craftsmanship many of the Romeo 55’s furnishings have been custom designed by Pulina Exclusive Interiors and brought to life through close collaboration with Romeo Marine and sister company Romeo Interiors.
Together, their experience spans some of the world’s most prestigious interior projects, including royal palaces, private residences and superyachts.
“At the heart of this project is the philosophy of Dolce Vita,” says Pulina. “Not as a symbol of excess, but as an invitation to slow down, reconnect with beauty, and experience luxury through serenity, emotion and meaningful moments.
“The Romeo 55 was conceived as a sanctuary at sea, where architecture, craftsmanship and nature exist in perfect harmony, allowing guests to feel protected, inspired and deeply connected to the world around them.”
Engineered for excellence supporting the Romeo 55’s elegant design is an advanced engineering platform developed by an international team and executed by Romeo Marine’s highly skilled regional and global specialists.
Twin MTU engines propel the yacht to a maximum speed of 15 knots, while cruising at 10 knots delivers an impressive range of 5,200 nautical miles, enabling extended voyages across the world’s oceans.
Every aspect of the yacht has been built to the highest international standards, with Romeo Marine’s expertise in steel and aluminium construction ensuring exceptional quality, durability and attention to detail throughout.
“The Romeo 55 is far more than a beautiful superyacht for discerning owners,” says Nader Nashed, CEO of Romeo Marine Dubai. “It is a powerful demonstration of Romeo Marine’s capabilities as a new-build shipyard.
“Our team’s experience from regional craftsmen to international engineers, project managers and designers—has been shaped by more than two decades of complex superyacht fit-out, refit and rebuild projects. The Romeo 55 embodies that collective expertise, combining exceptional guest spaces, sophisticated interior design and proven naval architecture into a yacht proudly built in Dubai and destined for the world’s oceans.”
