Porto Montenegro to set sail for the Dubai International boat show
Porto Montenegro, the Mediterranean’s leading luxury superyacht homeport and marina village, will be returning for the fourth year to participate in the 2018 Dubai International Boat Show at the Dubai Canal, Jumeirah from the 27th February to 3rd March 2018.
Now in its 10th edition, the Dubai International Boat Show represents the region’s only proven exclusive platform for superyachts, luxury suppliers and the destination of choice for all marine adventure and leisure needs.
Located within the Bay of Kotor, a UNESCO World Heritage site, the waterfront development offers a lifestyle community for not only yacht owners, but residents as well. In 2017, Porto Montenegro proudly announced the opening of the AQUA Regent Pool Club Residences, which comprises of 62 luxury one to three-bedroom residences.
In response to a strong demand for AQUA, Porto Montenegro began construction on BAIA Regent Pool Club Residences, the second phase, in September 2017. Conceived by London’s award winning WATG Architects and MHZ interiors of Paris, the layout takes full advantage of dramatic views over the UNESCO-protected Boka Bay and surrounding mountains. BAIA’s expansive penthouses each boast a secluded rooftop terrace, spectacular views, an infinity edge swimming pool and entertainment area, making them some of the most desired real estate in the region.
This vibrant village community in the heart of Tivat encompasses all the facilities necessary for the perfect family vacation. Following the success of the Tivat route launch last year, flydubai has increased their flights to three times a week and have extended the duration of the seasonal flight route to begin from 26th March and end 26th October 2018, offering GCC travellers more accessibility to this stunning destination. In addition to the growth of easily accessible flight routes, UAE residents and nationals as well as Kuwaiti nationals are exempt from visa requirements to visit Montenegro.
