Next Yacht Group, owner of historical brands Maiora, AB Yachts e CBI Navi, was officially born on 1st September 2021. It draws on the tradition of a Group boasting over 40 years of experience, whose magnificent yachts have contributed to making Italian boating uniquely recognized all over the world.

Next Yacht Group is an integral part of a wider, strategic plan of GB Invest Holding AG to invest in the top-end luxury hospitality sector, aiming to connect Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi, thereby uniting – under the Versilia skyline – the capital of worldwide boat building with the glamour of beaches and haute couture.

Relying on the sound economic and financial standing of GB Invest Holding AG, a world leader in Information Technology and in the application potential of artificial intelligence, Next Yacht Group is now aiming to combine technological research with the bespoke approach of fully-custom products, going beyond conventional paradigms to offer its own vision of excellence and a different, innovative interpretation of Luxury Lifestyle.

With its 3 brands, Maiora, AB Yachts e CBI Navi, the Group offers 3 different product families, each having its own distinctive features, but all sharing the same construction approach, the same quality and care for details, a strong focus on every single product – customised so as to make it truly unique -, as well as cutting-edge technology and innovation.  The current range features yachts in composite material: comfortable and airy flybridge yachts between 30 and 50 metres in length under the Maiora brand, and faster waterjet propulsion cruisers between 80 and 166 feet bearing the AB Yachts brand – a segment in which the Group is a market leader. CBI NAVI, in turn, is the metal-yachts division, specialising in the construction of large customised crafts.

Today Next Yacht Group is looking to take to the ultimate level the concept of onboard comfort and liveability, on Maiora yachts, and the thrill of a sporty personality combined with high-speed cruising in the utmost safety on AB Yachts. As for CBI Navi, the goal is to conquer the next frontier in the use of technology in steel boat building.
