Marina di Loano, a popular Mediterranean yacht charter location, is the only super yacht marina in Italy to have been awarded with the Plaque certifying the successful attainment of certificates for Quality, Environment, as well as Safety.
Offering berths for yachts measuring up to 65 meters in length, Marina di Loano has obtained the ‘Certificate of Excellence Plaque’ concluding the certification programme that the marina commenced two years ago.
The Plaque, assigned for the first time to an Italian marina during the recent Monaco Yacht Show 2013, attests the successful achievement of three important certificates:
Quality – certificate UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 – certifying that the Marina di Loano meets international standards in relation to organisational management, in particular in relation to the efficiency of services and client satisfaction;
Environment – certificate UNI EN ISO 14001:2004 – certifies that the marina adheres to Environmental Standards and is dedicated to continually improving the management systems for activities that have an impact upon the environment;
Safety – OHSAS 18001 – certifying that the Marina di Loano meets the effective occupational health and safety standards in its management of operative systems within the marina, providing protection for its workers.
