Busy time at Sanlorenzo
Busy time at Sanlorenzo with three launches in just one week:
Pioppi (24 metres), B2 (29 metres) e Liliyia (40 metres)
With the summer approaching in the Mediterranean Sea, Sanlorenzo is launching the yachts commissioned by the owners for the upcoming season and, in just one week, the Italian shipyard launched 3 motoryachts in a row: from the shipyard located in Ameglia PIOPPI (a 24-meter SL82) and B2 (a 29-meter SL94), while from the Viareggio shipyard, LILIYA, the fast 40-meter alluminium yacht (40Alloy).
Sanlorenzo SL82 “Pioppi” (23,95m length) is characterized by smooth, elegant and absolutely classic exterior lines ± in the perfect Sanlorenzo tradition ± that guarantee a long-lasting value to the yacht. The Italian owner of Pioppi personally chose the décor by selecting as main wood for the interior and the floorings the precious flamed Canaletto walnut, while all the furniture are upholstered by varnished Blanc Cassé; for the marbles in the bathrooms, he selected Silk Georgette and Tabacco Brown; exclusive fabrics by Dominique Kieffer, Minotti and Maria Flora complete the elegant décor
The huge fly bridge wholy hosts beautiful teak stave furniture all over its length, thanks to the positioning of the tender on the lift aft-platform.
Sanlorenzo SL94 “B2”: concentrates style, balanced volumes and innovation within 28,60m of length and 6,75m of beam. She has a refined but contemporary style at the same time. Like the bigger Sanlorenzo yachts, also”B2″ has an exclusive openable terrace in the salon area.
Her Russian owner chose for the interiors a fine and modern pickled-whitened oak wood, perfectly matching the upholstery in innovative Move Jazz wood with “fabric effect”. Silk Georgette marble for the bathrooms and Casamance Caravelle, Minotti, Rubelli and Paola Lenti fabrics complete the B2 décor.
A special attention was given to the environmental aspects: Sanlorenzo’s Technical Departmen fulfilled all the “Green Plus Platinum” RINA requirements, useing eco-friendly materials, reducing the consumption and minimizing the CO2 emissions during the production process. This green effort and sensitivity were rewarded with the prestigious and international Environmental Protection Award 2012.
Sanlorenzo 40Alloy “Liliya”: the unmistakable 40-meter aluminum superyacht produced in the Viareggio shipyard, characterized by the gull wing-swing doors of the pilot house reminding the most famous sports cars design, and by the four extendible terraces in the main salon and owner’s cabin, that offer unique spaces and views while onboard.
“Liliya” differs from her previous 7 sisters also for the exterior because of her pearly-white hull. Her Russina owner selected for the interiors a modern Canaletto walnut, a very rare
Aniegrè wood and opaque shiny and Pearlescent varnishings; tops are enriched with onyx
stones, both in “Coca Cola” and pink nouances while for the bathrooms the owner chose Travertine Silver and Tabacco Brown marbles. Osborn and Little, Today Interiors and Andrè du Deuphinè are the fabrics selected for the decoration.
With over 50 years of strictly tailor-made tradition, Sanlorenzo permanently occupies the third position in the world ranking of the top superyacht builders over 24 metres (Global Order Book 2013).
