BENETTI UNVEILS THE OASIS 36: ONBOARD EXPERIENCE DRIVES THE EVOLUTION OF THE OASIS FAMILY
The latest evolution of the Oasis family combines expanded living spaces, enhanced hydrodynamic efficiency, acoustic comfort and intelligent engineering to elevate the onboard experience.
At the Cannes Yachting Festival, Benetti presents Oasis 36M, a new model marking a further milestone in the shipyard’s collaboration with British design studio RWD, responsible for the exterior design and Bonetti/Kozerski Architecture which has designed the interiors.
With a growing number of units cruising the world’s oceans, the Oasis family has established itself as one of the most distinctive expressions of Benetti’s vision, pioneering a refined approach to the relationship between yacht and sea.

Oasis 36M draws on the wealth of insights accumulated across the existing fleet, together with direct dialogue with Owners and Captains. Real-world cruising experience has informed the development of the new model, translating into sophisticated design solutions, enhanced comfort, greater efficiency and advanced engineering.
“Oasis 36M is the product of active listening,” says Sebastiano Vida, Head of Product at Benetti. “With dozens of vessels currently at sea, we have enjoyed a unique vantage point from which to observe and understand how Owners and their crews truly experience life on board today. Oasis 36M represents the direct synthesis of this collective intelligence: a project that goes far beyond simply adding length or technical features. Rather, it reinterprets naval architecture, spatial flow and technological innovation to respond precisely to the lifestyle, pace and genuine priorities of today’s discerning Owners.”

Building on this philosophy, the next generation of the Oasis family is defined by four key pillars.
1. Living Better: Expanded Spaces Where the Owner Truly Lives the design of Oasis 36M reinterprets onboard volumes around the way Owners and guests experience life at sea. The yacht’s most valued outdoor social areas the Sun Deck, Upper Deck terrace and iconic Oasis Deck® have been substantially expanded, offering exceptional livability, enhanced comfort and greater flexibility in layout configurations.
The interior architecture has also been reimagined to create a fluid and elegant continuity between spaces. Redundant structural elements have been eliminated wherever possible in favour of brighter, airier environments that enhance the sense of openness on board.
At the same time, reconfigured crew circulation ensures clear separation between guest and service areas, allowing the crew to operate discreetly and efficiently while preserving privacy and comfort for Owners and guests.
2. Going Further with Less: Hydrodynamic Efficiency at the Service of Lifestyle on Oasis 36M, naval architecture and engineering have been developed around the expectations and cruising habits of the contemporary Owner.
The integration of a newly developed bow bulb engineered by Benetti’s R&D department reduces hydrodynamic resistance by more than 10% at a cruising speed of 10 knots, while maintaining propulsion fuel consumption below 30 litres per hour per engine at cruising speed.
This increased hull efficiency has also enabled Benetti’s engineers to reassess tank capacities using real-world fleet data, which highlighted an increasing preference among Owners for extended periods at anchor.
By strategically optimising fuel capacity without compromising the range required for practical cruising profiles, the resulting volume has been reallocated to increase the yacht’s black and grey water tank capacity to 5,000 litres.
The result is greater autonomy at anchor, allowing Owners and guests to enjoy secluded bays for consecutive days with enhanced self-sufficiency and fewer operational interruptions.

3. Quietly Effortless: acoustic serenity, operational reliability and absolute comfort the evolution of Oasis 36M places acoustic comfort and operational reliability at the heart of the luxury onboard experience.
100% Electric Actuation Mechanical and deck-handling systems including garage doors, lifting mechanisms and the deployment of the Oasis Deck® fold-down wings feature next-generation electric actuators in place of conventional hydraulic systems.
This solution eliminates the risk of hydraulic oil leaks, simplifies maintenance for the Captain and crew and, most importantly, significantly reduces mechanical noise and vibration, contributing to a quieter and more refined onboard environment.
Tailor-Made Propulsion Oasis 36M retains the proven reliability of a traditional shaft-line propulsion system, providing a robust and dependable solution for long-distance cruising.
In line with Benetti’s commitment to smart sustainability through practical, proven and reliable technologies, Oasis 36M can also be equipped with an optional hybrid propulsion system based on Siemens SISHIP EcoProp.
This plug-in hybrid solution is designed to reduce emissions, fuel consumption and noise while maintaining the high levels of operational reliability and safety expected from a Benetti yacht.

4. Intelligent by Design: engineering that safeguards the owner’s experience Oasis 36M integrates advanced technologies designed to enhance sustainability, reliability and predictive vessel management.
Beyond Compliance Reflecting Benetti’s commitment to environmental responsibility beyond regulatory requirements, Oasis 36M is equipped with SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) emission-reduction systems.
The technology forms part of a broader, brand-wide commitment across Benetti’s models, despite SCR systems not being mandated under international maritime regulations for vessels below 500 GT.
Predictive Maintenance via D.gree on the data-management front, Benetti introduces the D.gree platform, developed in partnership with SailADV.
Combining digital-twin technology and structural modelling with machine-learning algorithms, D.gree monitors the yacht’s physical and fluid-dynamic parameters in real time. This advanced system enables the early detection of anomalies and supports the prediction of maintenance requirements for engines and generators.
By enabling a more proactive approach to maintenance, D.gree helps mitigate the risk of downtime while supporting the yacht’s long-term operational efficiency and readiness.
The Natural Evolution of the Oasis Concept from the seamless harmony of its living spaces to the intelligence of its engineering and onboard management systems, Oasis 36M represents the natural evolution of Benetti’s iconic Oasis concept.
Drawing on the experience of an established fleet already cruising the world, the new model translates real-world insights into tangible improvements in space, efficiency, comfort, reliability and technology.
Oasis 36M stands as a testament to Benetti’s continued commitment to developing innovative, practical and highly effective naval solutions uniting design vision, construction rigour and advanced engineering with an elevated standard of life at sea.
