BENETTI: FB291, THE 80M CUSTOM STEEL YACHT, ENTERS A NEW PHASE OF CONSTRUCTION

One of Benetti’s most strategically significant projects has reached an important milestone with the arrival of the Custom 80M hull at the Livorno shipyard. This fully custom megayacht has completed its primary structural construction and now enters the outfitting phase where the expertise of Livorno’s highly skilled workforce will bring the yacht to life ahead of its scheduled launch in 2028.

Designed inside and out by Cassetta Yacht Designers, the Custom 80M has been developed as a fully bespoke project tailored to the owner’s specific vision and requirements. The yacht reflects Benetti’s renowned engineering and shipbuilding expertise, demonstrating the shipyard’s ability to transform complex design ambitions into highly customised naval solutions through exceptional craftsmanship, technical innovation and manufacturing excellence.

Spanning six decks, the megayacht also showcases the strength of Benetti’s integrated production network and the close collaboration between the Group’s shipyards. As the centre of excellence for large steel yacht construction, the Livorno facility plays a pivotal role in managing the outfitting of highly sophisticated vessels, further reinforcing Benetti’s leadership in the custom megayacht sector.
