Time-proven, marine-grade hardware, carbon fiber construction, and advanced proprietary technology team up to combine extreme capability with supreme confidence and ease-of-use. Its automated hydraulic drive and 2-speed transfer power the Expedition with the widest overall gear range of any amphibious boat. The Iguana Expedition can scale a 30° direct incline, up or down, and manage a 25° lateral slope. On slippery terrain, its low ground pressure coupled with the Electronic Traction System can instantly send the engine’s torque to the wheels with the best grip. As you delve deeper into the terrain, you can engage “fast-mode” to actively release the track tension and progressively increase the power and speed. It’s arguably the most capable amphibious boat drivetrain in production with a degree of engineering depth that can tackle nearly any surface. Waves, swell, mud, gravel, rocks, asphalt and extreme gradients are no problem for the Iguana. The Expedition leverages the latest in technology to maximize safety and comfort by integrating the GPS/Chart Plotter, radar, AIS VHF radio, and audio entertainment with your own wireless digital sources. The NEEMA-compliant backbone allows you to access all electronics via one display, and empowers you to overlay AIS data, Radar and GPS/Charts providing the ultimate in safe navigation. Plus, there are a variety of ways to personalize the controls and experience. There is even an intuitive controller that lets you set up a one-touch favorite key to easily access the stereo and music source.
