Situated in the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Bay of Kotor, Porto Montenegro has been changing the way the industry looks at destination marinas since it opened its doors in 2009. To this end, it has now announced its position as partner of prestigious event, The Superyacht Owners’ Summit 2015. Organised by Superyacht Events, the event is scheduled to take place in Porto Montenegro from 3 – 4 June 2015.
Bringing together 30 of the most influential industry CEO’s as well as 50 superyacht owners, potential owners, charter clients, owner representatives, private client bankers, lawyers and wealth officers in the matchless Bay of Kotor, the Summit will discuss the future strategy of the superyacht industry from a UHNW client perspective over two days. Delegates at the event will be able to stay at Porto Montenegro’s newly opened Regent Hotel or one of the marina’s private residences.

A crowded event in The Superyacht Owner’s VIP Lounge at Monaco Yacht Show 2014 saw Martin Redmayne, chairman of The Superyacht Group, and Oliver Corlette, revealed the plans of this special event. For Redmayne, the key is to harness the power of the people in the industry who really care about the market and want to change things. “We are ready to bring something to the market that could change the future of the industry,” he explained.
