MAIORA UNVEILS THE NEW M|30: AN UNPRECEDENTED ONBOARD EXPERIENCE THAT REMOVES BOUNDARIES BETWEEN YACHT AND SEA
Maiora, a brand of Next Yacht Group, presents the world premiere of M|30 the first model in the new M Collection. The yacht introduces a new design philosophy in which architecture, design and perception converge into a single vision, transforming the sea from a backdrop into an integral part of the onboard experience.
With an overall length of 30.40 metres and a beam of 7.50 metres, M|30 spans three decks and accommodates up to 12 guests in five cabins. The layout includes a full-beam owner’s suite on the main deck and four guest cabins on the lower deck. Crew quarters accommodate up to five people across three cabin including a private cabin for the captain.

Powered by two 2,000 hp MAN V12-2000 engines, M|30 reaches a top speed of 21 knots.
M|30 is the result of a collaboration between Maiora and award-winning design studio Quartostile, responsible for the exterior design. The interiors were developed by the Maiora Style Centre in collaboration with ACUBE ensuring seamless continuity between the yacht’s architecture and the onboard living experience.
“Rather than designing a boat, the goal was to create an onboard experience: remove the boundaries between inside and outside, use light as a design material, and design continuous pathways instead of separate spaces,” comment Franco Carone, Matteo Broglia and Andrea Sartori of Quartostile.

This vision is expressed through an approach defined by elegance through subtraction, spatial permeability, visual and functional continuity, discreet innovation and a constant relationship with the water. The near-coupé profile, full-beam bow, expansive glazing and distinctive lateral light signature a defining design element of the entire M Collection create an instantly recognisable silhouette, conveying dynamism and lightness even at anchor.
Surfaces are sculpted rather than simply drawn, with every curve and proportion carefully developed to achieve balance rather than ostentation.
“The lines do not seek to impress: they seek to endure. The result is a profile that time cannot erode. An aesthetic built on proportions, materials and formal relationships that never grow old,” conclude Quartostile.
At the heart of the M|30 is the concept of continuity, expressed across three distinct yet interconnected dimensions: visual, with uninterrupted sightlines extending from stern to bow; functional, through walkaround circulation that creates a barrier-free route throughout the yacht; and perceptual, allowing the onboard experience to flow naturally from one environment to the next.

This approach extends beyond physical circulation to create an architecture centred on uninterrupted experience. An opening hatch integrated into the port-side passageway contributes to this concept: when closed, it completes the continuity of the route, creating a fluid and secure walkway that transforms movement through the yacht into a progressive journey of discovery.
The enlarged and highly functional beach area connects directly with the cockpit, which has been conceived as a true waterfront lounge. Rather than serving simply as a transitional space between yacht and sea, it becomes one of the social hearts of M|30 a setting dedicated to relaxation, conviviality and direct contact with the water.
On the main deck, the design philosophy of the M Collection finds one of its most distinctive expressions. The relocation of technical elements towards the exterior, combined with full-height windows and uninterrupted glazed surfaces, removes traditional visual barriers and reinforces the connection between interior and exterior spaces.
The approximately 36-square-metre saloon, designed by the Maiora Style Centre has been conceived to provide maximum versatility. Custom sofas and the dining area can be arranged in different configurations while a neutral colour palette gives owners the freedom to personalise details and finishes without compromising the overall stylistic coherence.

The result is an interior that is not perceived as an enclosed environment, but rather as a natural continuation of the outdoor spaces, fully reflecting the philosophy of the M Collection.
Forward, the full-beam owner’s suite has been conceived as an approximately 30-square-metre private apartment at sea. Expansive glazed surfaces fill the space with natural light while maintaining a constant visual connection with the surrounding landscape.
The suite incorporates a study area, chaise longue, generous dressing area and private bathroom with further opportunities for layout customisation according to the owner’s preferences.
More than simply a space dedicated to rest, the owner’s suite is conceived as a private habitat offering comfort, privacy and an uninterrupted relationship with the sea throughout the day.
The lower deck accommodates four guest cabins including VIP and guest accommodation. Each measures approximately 12 square metres and has been designed to provide high levels of comfort, privacy and liveability throughout the time spent on board.

The crew quarters accommodate up to five people, including the captain, who benefits from a private cabin. The galley is directly connected to the crew areas by a dedicated staircase, supporting efficient onboard operations while ensuring discreet service and separation between guest and crew circulation
Upper deck consistent with the philosophy of the M Collection, the upper deck forms part of a continuous and fully habitable system. Optimised circulation routes and carefully considered connections between the yacht’s various areas enable seamless use of the outdoor spaces, reinforcing the visual, functional and perceptual continuity at the heart of the project.
The raised wheelhouse has been conceived as an environment fully integrated into the yacht’s overall design rather than as a purely technical space. The helm station is complemented by a comfortable lounge area with a sofa, together with dedicated storage compartments for water-sports equipment and onboard accessories.

Integrated LED lighting further defines the contemporary and functional character of the space, transforming the wheelhouse into an environment that contributes fully to the overall onboard experience.
“With Maiora M|30, we are not simply introducing a new yacht, but giving tangible form to a broader reflection on the meaning of contemporary luxury understood as the ability to enhance the quality of time, conviviality and authenticity. Maiora M|30 embodies this vision in an exemplary way: it is not a yacht designed to impress, but to be lived in. Its fluid spaces, the seamless continuity between indoors and outdoors, the interplay of light and the constant connection with the water all contribute to creating a relaxed, natural and deeply personal onboard experience,” comments Giorgio Mattei, Deputy Chairman of Next Yacht Group.
With M|30, Maiora introduces a new chapter in the brand’s evolution, translating its vision of contemporary luxury into an onboard experience centred on space, light, freedom of movement and an increasingly direct relationship with the sea.
