M/Y AL REEM BILGIN 263 SERIES
M/Y Al Reem marks the proud completion of Bilgin Yachts’ highly successful 80-meter superyacht trilogy. Following the groundbreaking Tatiana and the award-winning Leona, Al Reem represents the ultimate evolution of this platform, setting a new benchmark for capacity, performance, and bespoke craftsmanship within the series.
The primary challenge in delivering Al Reem was fulfilling the owner’s vision for the most voluminous yacht in the series while maintaining the aggressive performance profile defined by Unique Yacht Design. We successfully engineered the yacht to boast an impressive 1,758 GT -nearly 100 gross tons more than the first hull- without compromising on speed or range.
Powered by twin MTU 16V 4000M73 engines, Al Reem reaches a top speed of 19 knots and offers an extraordinary trans-oceanic range of 5,000+ nautical miles. The construction process required intense naval architectural refinement to integrate the larger superstructure and deliver this unprecedented volume within the existing hull envelope, proving our ability to evolve a series model significantly.
The highly demanding interior brief by H2 Yacht Design was executed by our team of over 700 highly-skilled craftsmen, who perform 90% of the work in-house. This end-to-end control was essential for realizing the complex, serene aesthetic, particularly in the meticulous selection and installation of organic matt timbers, polished stainless steel, and natural stones across the expansive six-cabin layout.
