Custom Line has marked a significant milestone with the successful launch of the first Custom Line Saetta 128’ on September 30 at the Ferretti Group Superyacht Yard in Ancona, Italy.
The launch ceremony brought together the teams and industry professionals who contributed to the development of this remarkable project. Among those in attendance were Matteo Sassone and Veronica Yien of SY Design, responsible for the yacht’s exterior styling, and Chiara Massarani of ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, the studio behind its refined interior architecture.
Already generating considerable interest in the luxury yachting market, the new model has secured three sales, highlighting the strong demand for Custom Line’s distinctive approach to bespoke yacht design.
A New Expression of Sporting Elegance measuring 39.80 metres in length with a maximum beam of 7.69 metres, the Custom Line Saetta 128’ represents an exciting evolution of the brand’s planing yacht collection. With a volume below 300 GT, the yacht combines impressive proportions, contemporary aesthetics and outstanding versatility.
Built entirely at the Ferretti Group Superyacht Yard in Ancona, the Saetta 128’ introduces a sophisticated design language that seamlessly balances performance, elegance and comfort.
The exterior, conceived by SY Design in its first collaboration with Custom Line, features a sleek, dynamic profile characterised by sculptural lines, an assertive stern and expansive glazing. These architectural elements create a distinctive visual identity while maximising natural light and strengthening the connection between the interior spaces and the surrounding seascape.
The interior architecture, developed by ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel in collaboration with Custom Line Atelier, reflects a harmonious balance of refined materials, contemporary styling and exceptional craftsmanship.
Three Decks Dedicated to Luxury and Relaxation designed to offer an exceptional onboard lifestyle, the Custom Line Saetta 128’ features three thoughtfully arranged decks, with generous indoor and outdoor living spaces that prioritise comfort, privacy and effortless entertaining.
The main deck welcomes guests with a spacious 33-square-metre aft cockpit, providing an elegant setting for outdoor gatherings and relaxation. This area flows naturally into a 40-square-metre main saloon incorporating a sophisticated dining space.
Forward on the main deck, the full-beam owner’s suite offers an exclusive private retreat, complete with a dressing area and en-suite bathroom. Expansive full-height windows invite abundant natural light while offering uninterrupted views of the sea.
One of the yacht’s most distinctive features is its upper-deck sky lounge, an intimate 20-square-metre living area that opens directly onto a generous 40-square-metre aft terrace, creating a seamless setting for indoor-outdoor entertaining.
At the bow, a 25-square-metre relaxation area features a spacious U-shaped sofa, integrated storage and a dedicated sunbathing space. Owners can further personalise this area with an optional wellness installation, including a hydromassage tub.
The 30-square-metre sundeck provides an additional open-air sanctuary, with flexible arrangements for sun loungers and freestanding furnishings, allowing owners to create an outdoor environment tailored to their preferences.
On the lower deck, four beautifully appointed guest cabins, comprising three VIP suites and one guest cabin, offer luxurious accommodation. Together with the owner’s suite, the yacht accommodates up to 10 guests, with the possibility of welcoming an eleventh guest through the addition of a Pullman bed.
Dedicated crew accommodation for six, including the captain, is strategically positioned forward on the lower deck to ensure discreet service and optimal privacy for guests.

Powered by twin MTU 16V 2000 M96L engines, each producing 2,638 horsepower, the yacht is designed to achieve a preliminary top speed of 22 knots and a cruising speed of 19 knots.
The yacht can also be equipped to meet IMO Tier III certification requirements through the integration of a Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system, capable of reducing nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions by up to 70%.
