Columbus yachts sold new Columbus classic 80 m
After the recent sale of (hull #11) Sport ISA 120, the commercial success of Palumbo Group continues. The Group announces the signature of a contract for a new Columbus Classic 80 m – Columbus Yachts brand – now real “couture” for the construction of full custom super-yachts.
Palumbo entrusted for the naval architecture, exteriors and interiors design some of the most renowned international firms currently in the yachting industry. The entire project will be supervised by Palumbo Group’s engineering in-house team.
The design of the new Columbus 80m – which is spread over five closed decks and a huge roof top on the sun deck – is made up of a mix of contemporary elements combined with classic proportions that make for the elegant and timeless design.
The features of Columbus 80m Classic are harmonious and simple, combining straight lines with a discreet use of volumes, drawing soft and stylish elements.
Glass as well has an essential role on the yacht and is widely used as a design and architectural element. Large windows and glass embankments, enhance the feeling of being in contact with the sea.
