BAGLIETTO INTRODUCES THE NEW DOM155, THE FLAGSHIP OF THE DOM LINE
Following the success of the DOM133, with 12 units sold, and the more recent DOM115 (with four orders acquired to date), a new project joins the family of the successful DOM line: the DOM155. A displacement motor yacht under 500 GT, it responds to the demands of a clientele that has embraced the Roman domus concept on the sea—warm, welcoming, and refined that characterized the previous models, now expanded to offer larger volumes and enhanced liveability.
The exterior lines reiterate the line’s signature family feeling, made even sleeker and more harmonious by the increased dimensions. The design is “clean and sculptural,” as described by designer Stefano Vafiadis: “never excessive, yet balanced and aggressive at the same time, featuring longitudinal cuts and taut volumes inspired by automotive design.”
The choice of aluminium as the construction material, already adopted for the DOM133, allows for greater customization possibilities one of the brand’s key strengths while improving performance and ensuring a shallow draft. This makes the project particularly appealing to the American market, one of the most important markets for the La Spezia–based shipyard.

The first DOM155 unit will be available in early 2029. “The DOM155 is the result of listening carefully to our clients and, more broadly, to the market, which has enthusiastically welcomed both the 35- and 41-metre models but has repeatedly expressed interest in larger dimensions,” comments Fabio Ermetto, Baglietto’s Chief Commercial Officer. “This project, developed together with architect Stefano Vafiadis, brings together many of the improvement suggestions and experiences shared by our owners over the years, resulting in a yacht with high levels of customization, comfort, and liveability that we are confident will fit perfectly into the sub-500 GT yacht segment.”
The heart of the project is the stern area, a true retreat dedicated to relaxation and wellbeing, featuring a central panoramic infinity pool. On either side, two large staircases provide access to the aft cockpit; notably, the port-side staircase can be lowered to allow technical access to the underlying beach club. This highly versatile space can be configured as a wellness area with spa and gym overlooking the sea, thanks to a fold-down port-side shell door that also enables access from the tender. Alternatively, the same area can be converted into an additional garage to accommodate a larger tender if required.
The aft swimming platform also features a large transformer, facilitating both swimming and access to the dock.
As already seen on the DOM133 and even more so on the DOM155 generous volumes, floor-to-ceiling glazing, and a seamless dialogue between interior and exterior spaces stand out, creating privileged environments designed to be enjoyed at any time of day.

Fully opening doors on the main deck allow guests to move effortlessly between the outdoor and indoor lounge areas, with a dining table for ten guests positioned immediately aft. From the lobby on this deck, access is provided to the galley to port, preceded by a technical pantry, while a corridor leads to the owner’s suite. The suite spans the full beam of the yacht and features an office with walk-in closet, a master bedroom fitted with a California king-size bed, and a spacious his-and-hers bathroom with a walk-through shower.
Four generous guest cabins with en-suite bathrooms are located on the lower deck with the option of an additional guest cabin on the upper deck. Forward on the same deck, accommodation is provided for eight crew members in four en-suite cabins, along with a crew mess and laundry area.
The upper deck saloon, open on three sides, offers panoramic views, abundant natural light, and optimal ventilation. Outdoor dining and relaxation areas complete this level. Forward of the modern wheelhouse, an additional lounge area allows guests to enjoy cruising in complete privacy, while the forward technical area houses the tender and a jet ski.
Finally, the 130-square-metre sun deck opens up to a full 360-degree sea view and includes sunbathing areas, a conversation lounge, and an infinity pool with integrated bar, providing the perfect setting for social life on board.
The DOM155 will be powered by twin CAT C32 engines, capable of propelling the yacht to a maximum speed of 16 knots.
