BAGLIETTO DELIVERS THE FIRST T60 UNIT, STRENGTHENING ITS STRATEGY IN THE LARGE YACHT SEGMENT: HULL NO. 10260 IS THE FIRST OF THREE 60-METRE YACHTS ALREADY SOLD AND UNDER CONSTRUCTION AT THE LA SPEZIA SHIPYARD

Baglietto has officially delivered the first unit of its new T60 series, the largest yacht ever constructed in the shipyard’s 172-year history. Hull No. 10260, designed by Francesco Paszkowski Design with interiors created in collaboration with Margherita Casprini, represents a major achievement for the Italian builder. Beyond introducing an entirely new 60-metre platform this first yacht is the lead vessel in a series of three units already sold and currently under construction with deliveries scheduled over the next two years. The strong order book underlines the project’s commercial success and reinforces Baglietto’s growing presence in the large yacht market.

The T60 is a cornerstone of Baglietto’s long-term strategy to strengthen its position in the upper tier of the global yachting industry. To support this ambition the shipyard has invested in expanding its production capabilities, developing specialised expertise and increasing manufacturing capacity to meet rising demand for larger custom yachts.

As part of this growth plan, Baglietto has launched an industrial development programme worth approximately €25 million through 2030. The investment will fund the expansion of production facilities, technological innovation, new office and industrial buildings and the roofing of a substantial waterfront outfitting area. Looking ahead, the shipyard is also developing projects of up to 75 metres, further demonstrating its commitment to establishing itself among the world’s leading yacht builders.

Measuring 60 metres in length with a gross tonnage of 1,100 GT, the T60 blends Baglietto’s classic design identity with a more contemporary aesthetic. The exterior preserves the brand’s signature elegance while introducing modern styling elements including visually lighter hull sides that appear suspended and a continuous black-glass band integrating the portholes, a distinctive feature of Baglietto’s latest design language.

The yacht has been designed to create a seamless connection between interior and exterior living spaces. Full-height glazing in both the main salon and upper deck opens completely, allowing the spaces to merge into a single environment with uninterrupted sea views. The beach club, main salon and dining area are arranged across two interconnected levels, while the 60-square-metre beach lounge incorporates a swimming pool, gym, bar and dedicated social area.

One of the defining features of Hull No. 10260 is its fully dedicated Owners’ Deck. The entire upper deck has been reserved for the owner, featuring a private suite with an office, walk-in wardrobe and two spacious en-suite bathrooms. Large opening windows on three sides provide direct access to a forward private pool equipped with a counter-current swimming system. An aft outdoor lounge, dining area and Jacuzzi complete the deck, offering exceptional privacy and comfort.

Guest accommodation consists of four cabins on the main deck and an additional guest cabin on the lower deck. The yacht also includes a professional galley and a fully equipped wellness area featuring a spa with a massage room, sauna and hammam. Crew quarters accommodate up to 13 people. On the sun deck, the wheelhouse, Captain’s cabin and additional lounge and sunbathing areas are complemented by a garage capable of housing a 23-foot tender, two jet skis and a rescue tender.

The yacht is also equipped with a touch-and-go helicopter landing platform.

Power comes from twin CAT 3512 engines, enabling the T60 to reach a maximum speed of 16 knots while cruising comfortably at 12 knots.

The first T60 will make its worldwide debut at the Monaco Yacht Show, taking place from 23 to 26 September.
