AZIMUT SEADECK 9, THE TIME WE CHOOSE TO LIVE
A series of cascading terraces opens into a sweeping 180-degree connection with the sea, extending naturally into the Main Deck. The new Azimut Seadeck 9 is designed around an architecture of seamless continuity, transforming the concept of wellness into a complete onboard experience.
If writing about music has been compared to dancing about architecture then describing the Seadeck 9 the newest model in Azimut’s landmark Seadeck Series is much like trying to define the ocean itself. Rather than attempting to capture the sea, Azimut has chosen to become part of it by creating its most open and immersive yacht to date.

Measuring 26 metres, the Seadeck 9 redefines the relationship between indoor and outdoor living through a fluid deck layout that blends effortlessly with its surroundings. Light, water and sunshine become integral design elements, reflected in the aft plunge pool and throughout the yacht’s open spaces. Whether filled with conversations among friends or the laughter of children, the Seadeck 9 transforms every moment onboard into a celebration of life by the sea.
Living by the Water: From the Fun Island to the Pool Dec guests are welcomed aboard directly at the water’s edge, where the Sea Deck creates an immediate sense of connection with the surrounding environment. At the stern, the yacht delivers on its promise of seamless integration with the sea. A split staircase, inspired by the elegance of Mediterranean villas, rises through three cascading terraces before flowing naturally into the main saloon, creating one continuous living space from the aft deck to the heart of the yacht.

Every element is designed to strengthen this relationship with the water. Fold-out side terraces expand the deck, the swim platform lowers into the sea, a hammock sways gently in the breeze, and movable sunbeds reveal the flush-deck pool beneath.
Building upon the signature Fun Island concept, the Seadeck 9 introduces a fully developed 180-degree Pool Deck centred on enjoying life at sea. Its amphitheatre-style lounge frames uninterrupted views beyond the glass-sided pool and out to the horizon. At its centre, a versatile table easily converts into a dining setting, reinforcing the flexibility of the space.
A generous 7-square-metre transformer swim platform encourages guests to enter the water with ease or simply relax while partially immersed. Designed for active days on the water, the Fun Island provides direct access to Jet Skis, Seabobs and paddleboards, while also offering the rare luxury of slowing down and enjoying every moment.

Exterior designer Alberto Mancini extends this philosophy throughout the yacht, maintaining clean lines and uninterrupted circulation. Even from the flybridge, the design emphasises openness and visual continuity. The concealed anchor further enhances the yacht’s sculptural profile, allowing the Seadeck 9 to stand elegantly against the horizon.
Stepping Inside: “Touch with the Eyes. See with the Hands.” the transition indoors feels almost effortless, as the Main Deck serves as a natural continuation of the exterior terraces. The aft lounge flows directly into a relaxed saloon, while full-height glazing and disappearing glass doors dissolve the boundary between interior and exterior. Generous ceiling heights further enhance the sense of openness.

The interiors, created by Matteo Thun and Antonio Rodriguez, embody a refined interpretation of living in harmony with nature. Guided by a shared philosophy centred on wellbeing, longevity and responsible design, the renowned designers continue their longstanding approach of creating spaces that are both emotionally enduring and deeply functional.
Immediately upon entering, guests encounter a Bonacina bamboo chair selected by Thun and Rodriguez as a reflection of the yacht’s design philosophy. Its relaxed summer character creates a seamless dialogue between indoor and outdoor living while balancing natural warmth with understated minimalism. This approach extends throughout the interiors, where rich materials are paired with restrained architectural forms to create inviting, timeless spaces.

Owners may choose between two interior schemes. One features the warmth of light walnut, while the other offers the brightness of pale oak. Both maintain the same design language while presenting different interpretations of warmth and light.
On the lower deck, the Master Cabin has been conceived as a tranquil private retreat inspired by luxury eco-resorts. Integrated washbasins become sculptural elements within the suite rather than being concealed, while a writing desk incorporated into the bookcase reinforces the yacht’s focus on meaningful time spent onboard. Together, these features perfectly express Thun and Rodriguez’s belief that beautiful design should enrich everyday living.

A VIP suite and two additional guest cabins complete the accommodation, ensuring exceptional comfort throughout the yacht. Separate crew circulation routes allow service to remain discreet and efficient, maintaining complete privacy for owners and guests alike.
Engineering the Perfect Moment while lifestyle, wellbeing and connection define the Seadeck 9 experience, the yacht remains an accomplished cruising platform. As part of Azimut’s Low Emission Yacht family, she features a hull developed specifically for the Seadeck Series in collaboration with NAMES. The result is one of the most efficient planing hulls Azimut has ever produced, allowing the yacht to plane earlier, cruise efficiently at lower speeds and maximise fuel efficiency across a broader operating range.
Combined with a carbon fibre structure that accounts for approximately 40 percent of the yacht’s construction, reducing overall weight, and a triple Volvo Penta IPS propulsion system compatible with hybrid-electric technology, the Seadeck 9 achieves fuel consumption and emissions reductions of up to 30 percent over an average year of operation compared with similarly sized yachts using conventional hulls and shaft-line propulsion.

A Quiet Escape: Hotel Mode enhancing the experience at anchor, the Seadeck 9 incorporates Azimut’s advanced Hotel Mode, supported by a dedicated 60 kWh lithium battery system that allows guests to enjoy complete tranquillity without relying on the generators.
With Hotel Mode activated, the yacht operates in total silence while maintaining onboard comfort.
- Up to four hours of silent daytime operation and as much as eight hours overnight.
- Continuous operation of essential onboard systems, including stabilisers, air conditioning, occasional galley use, 220V outlets and TV and Hi-Fi entertainment.
- Complete battery recharge in approximately five hours from shore power or four hours using the generator, with a lifespan exceeding 3,500 charging cycles, providing reliable performance for up to ten years.
As the largest yacht ever constructed at Azimut’s Avigliana shipyard, following a €50 million investment in its development, the Seadeck 9 represents the highest expression of the brand’s design, engineering and craftsmanship. Conceived among the mountains and created for transformative experiences at sea, the Seadeck 9 reflects five decades of innovation, determination and the relentless pursuit of delivering the perfect moment.
