Revolt presents high performance RIB’s at Cannes Yachting Festival

Dutch custom RIB builder Revolt Custom Boats will be making the regional debut of two new models in its range of custom high-speed, high-performance boats during the Cannes Yachting Festival from 6 to 11 September.

The 10.6m Revolt 35XS and 35RS are equipped with ultra-powerful outboards from Seven Marine, with one and two 627hp engines respectively, delivering speeds of up to 60 knots. The 35XS has been created for luxury leisure market while the more rugged 35RS is designed for the commercial and military sectors. Revolt pioneered the use of Seven Marine’s cutting-edge engineering in Europe, adopting the engines for its leisure and military vessels.

THREE DECADES OF RIB-BUILDING EXPERIENCE

Founded by performance boat pioneer John Biesheuvel three decades ago, Revolt Custom Boats builds specialist RIBs to suit a range of purposes, from leisure boats and super yacht tenders to high-performance military patrol vessels. Aside from excellent handling in tough sea conditions, RIBs by Revolt can be specified with suspension seating for extra driver and passenger comfort, and cutting edge technology on board provides superior navigation assistance and engine control for the driver at the helm. A range of steering consoles, seats and even a suspension cockpit option is available to clients, ensuring total flexibility to your needs, whether professional or leisure.

VERSATILITY AS STANDARD

A highly versatile RIB, the 10.6m 35XS leisure model can be used both as a family sports boat or a luxury super yacht tender. With a spacious lounging area towards the bow and comfortable seating to the aft, it is the perfect boat from which to enjoy high-octane day cruises to secluded bays or trips ashore while the mother ship is at anchor. Propulsion performance up to 60 knots and passenger comfort are equally matched by practicality, with storage space beneath the seating areas both forward and aft, featuring power assisted electric controls; perfect for stowing water sports equipment or luggage. With a vast range of customisable options to choose from, the Revolt 35XS or 35XR can truly be built to become your dream luxury RIB.

REVOLT’S MASTERPIECE CONSOLE

After many years of refining, Revolt’s centre console is truly a piece of art. Its sleek black windscreen and stylish layout are real eye catcher. The fully digital dashboard with 30cm (12”) Ray marine plotter is ergonomically designed for ease of control, with ‘bounce sport’ suspension seats to deliver a smooth driving experience. A refrigerator can be installed within the storage space to the front of the console, perfect for longer passages or day trips.

The Revolt 35XS will be on display during the Cannes Yachting Festival, held 6-11 September in the Old Port of Cannes.
