As momentum builds toward The Balearic Superyacht Forum 2025, taking place on April 29–30 in Palma de Mallorca, the international superyacht community is already showing strong engagement. With dozens of industry leaders and professionals from across Europe and the U.S. already confirmed, this year’s forum is positioning itself as the essential gathering for those seeking a clear, honest, and strategic view of the industry’s direction.

More than just a forum, TBSF25 is a live platform for shaping the future of yachting — a space where innovation, regulation, investment, and collaboration converge through powerful content formats and curated experiences.

Two Days of Vision, Strategy, and Action

The programme features a dynamic mix of keynote discussions, expert panels, and participatory workshops, all focused on the major themes transforming the superyacht sector.

🗓️ April 29: Rethinking Marinas & Mediterranean Charter Activity

Investing in and Upgrading Marinas
Speakers such as Isabel Martínez (IPM), Nani Mas (OCIBAR), Dean Smith (D-Marin), Elena Veleva (Port Vauban), and Enrique Tintore (Damen Yachting) will discuss how marina infrastructure and business models are evolving to keep pace with the growing scale of vessels and rising expectations in service and user experience.

Mediterranean Migration & Charter Activity
In this panel, Frédéric Dormeuil (SOS Yachting), Chris Andreason (Edmiston), Alex Chumillas (TMA), Patricia Bullock (Network Marine Consultants), and Antonella Della Pietra (BWA Yachting Spain) will explore how shifting tax regimes and regulatory frameworks are transforming yacht mobility and charter activity — and what it means for the future of the Mediterranean as a charter hotspot.

Business Hackathons: Industry Collaboration in Motion

One of the forum’s most anticipated elements is the launch of 10 topic-specific business hackathons, taking place on the afternoon of April 29. These 90-minute sessions are designed to bring together professionals from across the industry — from captains and consultants to shipyard managers and brokers — to collaboratively tackle real-world challenges.

Each participant will be able to choose the session most relevant to their expertise or interests, actively participate in the discussion, and contribute to shaping tangible, sector-wide solutions. These aren’t just conversations — they are co-creation spaces designed to spark actionable progress and long-term impact.

🗓️ April 30: Infrastructure, Refit & Operational Excellence

Investing in Refit Infrastructure and Business Models
As demand continues to outpace capacity, the sector must scale quickly and smartly. Stakeholders such as Carlos Morales (Astilleros de Mallorca), Carlos Albons (STP), Eric Robert-Peillard (Adriatic42), Rob Papworth (MB92), Manuel Di Tillio (AMICO), and Makis Pavlatos (A1 Yacht Trade Consortium SA) will discuss how shipyards can expand, innovate, and deliver high-level service in an evolving marketplace. can scale, innovate, and maintain service quality in a shifting business landscape.

The Future of Services & Subcontractors
Last but not least, Stefan Coronel (Huisfit), Paul Grunig (Astilleros de Mallorca), Manu Ayme (Pinmar), Joan Salom (Nautipaints), and Jon Winstanley (Modesty Yacht Carpentry) will highlight the critical need for improved coordination and quality in subcontractor networks. This panel will explore how to introduce structure, transparency, and reliability into one of the most complex parts of the refit process.
