The “Sustainable Supply Chain” workshop focuses on the materials used to build superyachts and their impact on the environment. New technologies, new ways of producing and new materials can have a positive influence on the sustainability of superyachts. This focus explores not only the availability, on the global market, of innovative systems and products available to construction sites, but also the new challenges of research. The last workshop concerns an in-depth study of the Water Revolution Foundation’s database of sustainable solutions, presented by Robert Van Tol, vice president of the foundation.
