Silver arrows marine: First silver arrow of the sea is ‘Best of the best’, says Robb report
The unique new ARROW 460-Granturismo motor yacht from Silver Arrows Marine has been selected as one of the “Best of the Best” award-winners by the premier luxury lifestyle journal, Robb Report.
The award, cited as the world’s most influential among high net worth individuals, applauds the innovative 14m motor yacht as“actually more like a new Mercedes S-Class.”
Robb Report adds: “It offers a soft ride, roll-down side windows that turn clear or opaque, a hydraulic swim platform, and an interior by Mercedes-Benz Style that is as plush as a limousine’s.”

ARROW 460-Granturismo, which has been designed in collaboration with Mercedes-Benz Style, is the first motor yacht to marry luxury automobile design, features and materials with a hull profile and power system built to encapsulate everything the word Granturismo stands for, in terms of dynamism, comfort and elegance.
An open or closed “loft living” interior, “pergola” roof system, advanced glazing, concept car-style interior design and materials,and multi-purpose functionality – from party boat for 10 people to luxury overnight accommodation for two – are just a few of the yacht’s innovative concepts.
This is the 29th edition of the Best of the Best selection which is published every June to endorse the finest luxury lifestyle products across different categories. Chosen by Robb Report’s experts and published for the world’s highest concentration of high net worth individuals, no other accolade is as influential as a Best of the Best award at the very top end of the market.
In the marine category of the 2017 awards, Robb Report commends what it calls “the brave new world of crossover yachts”that involve automakers’ own design teams working with established shipyards – exactly the approach pioneered by Silver Arrows Marine.
Robb Report says that yachts like ARROW 460-Granturismo “break boundaries when it comes to exterior design, use of exotic materials, and innovations completely new to the yachting world.”It sums up: “The brave new world of crossover yachts seems hereto stay.”
