PEARL YACHTS UNVEILS THE AWARD WINNER PEARL 82 FOR THE FIRST TIME IN THE UNITED STATES AT THE FORT LAUDERDALE INTERNATIONAL BOAT SHOW

Pearl Yachts, renowned for its cutting-edge yacht designs, announces its participation in the 2024 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS). This year, the British shipyard will introduce the outstanding Pearl 82 – the most compact superyacht on the market – to the American audience, in conjunction with its esteemed US partner, Atlantic Yachts & Ship, Inc. The exhibition marks the first showing of Pearl’s complete line-up, including the Pearl 82, Pearl 95, Pearl 72, and Pearl 62.

The centerpiece of Pearl Yachts’ display, the Pearl 82, recently made its world debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival, earning the accolade of “Best Layout” in the 24m to 30m category at the World Yachts Trophies. Conceived by the Pearl Product Development Team, penned under the expert eye of acclaimed designer Bill Dixon, and adorned with interiors by Kelly Hoppen CBE, the Pearl 82 exemplifies the zenith of modern luxury and engineering mastery, featuring an innovative Raised Pilothouse (RPH) design, five luxurious en-suite staterooms, including a master suite with an exclusive forepeak terrace, plus crew accommodations for four and a garage large enough to accommodate a 395 tender, jet ski and water toys.

The Pearl 82 offers two aft deck options – Riviera or Veranda – to suit different lifestyles. The Riviera layout features aft-facing sun pads behind the table and sofa setup, while the Veranda option allows flexible seating for alfresco lunch/dining, aperitifs or patio views. In both, folding bulwarks expand the cockpit, opening it to the sea.

This new model offers direct access to a private forepeak terrace, just steps away from the sunbathing foredeck lounge. The bow area also connects to the flybridge through a passage on the starboard side, enabling seamless movement between outdoor spaces, and constituting the first asymmetric, semi walkaround deck in this size class.

Iain Smallridge, Managing Director of Pearl Yachts, comments on this significant event: “The introduction of the Pearl 82 along with the entire fleet at FLIBS represents our unwavering commitment to excellence and our strategic expansion in the American market. This year’s recognition is a tribute to our team’s expertise and passion, and it drives us to continuously redefine the standards of yacht design and customer experience.”

The debut of the Pearl 82 at FLIBS highlights the brand’s commitment to a feature-focused product strategy. This new 5 cabin model is poised to redefine yacht design in the eighty-foot segment, showcasing a pinnacle of innovation that combines cutting-edge design with opulent interiors and unique features, earning it the title of “the most compact superyacht on the market.”

Celebrating nautical Excellence the complete Pearl fleet visitors to FLIBS are invited to explore the full range of Pearl Yachts, from the commanding Pearl 95 to the versatile Pearl 62. Each model is a testament to the brand’s relentless pursuit of innovation, opulence, and meticulous craftsmanship.
