OUR ROAD TO 2030
An in-house event was held at the Ameglia plant, dedicated exclusively to all employees of the Sanlorenzo Group, some 740 of them, as well as the companies in which Sanlorenzo has a significant stake.
This is the first time in its history that the Sanlorenzo Group has brought together, in person, all the employees of its Italian offices (La Spezia, Ameglia, Massa, Viareggio Brescia and Arbatax) and, in a streamed link, the employees of Sanlorenzo of The Americas and Sanlorenzo Baleares.
The event, called ‘Our Road To 2030’, was an opportunity for Sanlorenzo’s President and CEO, Cav. Massimo Perotti, to share the highlights and most significant moments of the Shipyard’s success story, the distinctive features of the business model, as well as the strategic directions of the 2023-2025 Industrial Plan presented last 15 March at the Milan Stock Exchange and, more generally, the vision up to 2030 and all the initiatives that the company is putting in motion for its employees.
“After the incredible journey accomplished since 2005,” said President and CEO Massimo Perotti to all his assembled employees, “and, in particular, after the extraordinary performance on the stock market from the IPO in 2019 to today, it is time to set new and even more challenging goals that will allow the Sanlorenzo Group to continue on its ambitious path with momentum and awareness. You are the protagonists of the challenges that await us because only together can we have the courage to dream and choose to develop the Sanlorenzo of the future”.
