Designed by WATG, leading design consultants in the hospitality industry, the 62 luxury one, two and three bedroom residences will be some of the most prestigious addresses on the Adriatic with beautiful views of Boka Bay, the luxurious village of Porto Montenegro, lush countryside and Vrmac mountain range.
The architecture of the Regent Pool Club Residences is inspired by Boka Bay’s 400 years of Venetian rule and the chic Italian Riviera feel blends seamlessly with the adjacent luxury 5* Regent Porto Montenegro hotel. WATG worked closely with the internationally renowned TinoZervudachi and his team at MHZ in Paris to create interiors, which conjure modern day glamour with an art-deco feel. A rich palette of natural hues – light sand through to mahogany brown and olive green – have been used to complement the warm Mediterranean climate and stunning waterfront setting.
Each of the residences will have a private balcony or terrace to soak up the wonderful views, large living area, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. There will also be five top level penthouses with private Jacuzzi for the ultimate luxurious waterfront living experience.
Within the extensive private gardens, an elevated 3000 m² pool deck will be an exclusive and peaceful retreat for residents. There will be a 26m lap pool, an effortlessly cool infinity pool lined with palm trees and two children’s pools, which covers a swimming area of 600m². An international restaurant, with outdoor seating overlooking the marina, will provide full poolside and dining services, and there will also be two poolside bars serving an array of refreshing drinks, cocktails and snacks.
