EXTRA X100 TRIPLEX SECOND UNIT SOLD
A few months after the presentation of the project, EXTRA Yachts is pleased to announce the sale of the second unit of X100 Triplex to a customer already loyal to the brand.
The X100 Triplex model is designed to offer large interior and exterior spaces, exceptional comfort, liveability on board, low consumption and the possibility of undertaking long-range cruises. Made of composite with carbon reinforcements, the 30-metre hull has a maximum beam of 8.1 meters, guaranteeing internal volumes comparable to boats over 40 metres, with a gross tonnage of approximately 260 GT.
The large floor-to-ceiling opening windows, both on the main deck and on the upper deck, create a direct connection with the outside environment, allowing to fully appreciate the sea and the surrounding nature. The owner cabin also features large side windows that, at the front, retract to offer a panoramic view towards the bow.
The aft cockpit is designed on two levels: the first, near the beachclub, offers a large sun lounger, while the second level accommodates an informal lounge. The backrest of the sun lounger can be used as a seat, creating a connection between the two spaces. The fold-down side terraces amplify the “infinity” effect of this area of the boat.
The staircase to the upper deck is moved outwards so as not to hinder the passage on board. The upper deck features a lounge area with freestanding furniture providing the owner with a wide range of settings. In addition, the sun deck is equipped with a large bar, sunbathing areas and a dining table to accommodate up to 10 people.
The owner may choose between different layout options; and also, in this case he has opted for a pantry on the main deck and the galley on the upper deck.
The main deck includes a spacious interior lounge area and, towards the bow, the owner cabin with access to a private office, vanity, bathroom with double sink and separate toilet, as well as a large wardrobe.
Going up to the upper deck, in addition to the helm station and the galley, we find a lounge area with two armchairs, a coffee table and a formal table for ten people. Below deck there are four double cabins with private bathrooms: two VIPs with double beds and two with twin beds. The crew area is equipped with a separate laundry and provides accommodation for up to five crew members into three cabins. The aft garage, located under the sunbathing area, houses a tender of almost 4 metres, two Seabobs and other minor accessories.
The propulsion system of the X100 Triplex is equipped with two powerful MAN engines of 1550 hp each, capable of reaching a maximum speed of 15.5 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots. An optional version with 1800 horsepower MAN engines is also available, guaranteeing a maximum speed of 18 knots and a cruising speed of 15 knots.
The external lines were designed by Studio Agon, while the interiors are by Laura Brocchini Design; the naval engineering was carried out by the shipyard itself.
