Founded in 1998 by Mr. Alain Maaraoui, President of the Sea Pros Group, Sea Pros Yachts was established with a vision to bring international standards of luxury yachting to the region through personalized service, technical expertise and strong relationships with the world’s leading yacht manufacturers.

The company’s headquarters are located on Dbayeh Main Highway in Lebanon, alongside the nearby headquarters of its sister company, Yachting Services, in Zouk Al Kharrab. Specializing in technical support and yacht maintenance, Yachting Services plays an integral role in ensuring the long-term performance and care of clients’ vessels.
In Saudi Arabia, Sea Pros operates from the Sea Pros Building at Jeddah Yacht Club on Corniche Road, complemented by a dedicated service center at Red Sea Marina. In Kuwait, the company maintains a prominent presence on the 66th floor of Hamra Tower in Kuwait City.

Landmark Deliveries and Flagship Projects Sea Pros Yachts has established a distinguished track record in the acquisition, construction, management and delivery of some of the world’s most remarkable superyachts.
Among its most significant achievements in 2026 is the successful delivery of M/Y SAIRU, the Riva 54 Metri, the flagship of the Riva fleet, following her management under Sea Pros.
Representing a remarkable expression of Italian craftsmanship and contemporary superyacht design, SAIRU combines an elegant metallic profile with expansive glass elements, refined exterior spaces and a generous beach club that creates a direct connection to the sea.
The delivery adds to Sea Pros’ extensive portfolio of landmark projects, which includes several notable CRN superyachts: M/Y Chopi Chopi (80 meters), M/Y Mimtee (79 meters), M/Y Mimtee 1 (60 meters) and M/Y Maraya (54 meters).
The company’s achievements also extend to the 40-meter category, with recent deliveries including three Sanlorenzo 44m X-Space yachts, M/Y Shana, M/Y Papa Bear and M/Y Hali, alongside M/Y Sagas, a 44-meter Mangusta, and M/Y Halo, a 42-meter Custom Line.
Further strengthening its position in the custom superyacht segment, Sea Pros recently secured the sale of a 70-meter custom yacht, currently under construction and scheduled for delivery in 2029.
