Singapore, 16 April 2024 – Setting sail for a luxurious escapade into the world-class yachting scene, the Singapore Yachting Festival (SYF) is returning after a highly successful inaugural event in 2023. Hosted by ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove, the Festival will take place from 25 to 28 April, showcasing an extensive lineup of over 70 yachts, alongside an array of marine crafts, supercars, hydrofoil boats and more.
Testament to the Festival’s popularity, all booths and berths are fully subscribed, promising an unforgettable experience for yacht and luxury enthusiasts alike.
SYF is a dynamic hub for the Southeast Asian yachting lifestyle, and is poised to ignite excitement among attendees with its exceptional showcase of luxurious experiences. Bringing together world-leading yacht builders, suppliers, and lifestyle brands, SYF serves as a platform for innovation and opulence in the yachting world and beyond.
Exclusive debuts and world premieres The Festival boasts an impressive ensemble of over 100 yacht brands and marine suppliers. Among these is a notable increase in hybrid-capable vessels and cutting-edge technological innovations as compared to
SYF 2023, emphasising the event’s pivotal role in spotlighting the latest advancements and trends within the maritime sector.
The ensemble also exhibits a shift toward sustainability within the industry, featuring eco-conscious designs, such as solar panel-powered electric motors of the Greenline 40, Magellano 60’s utilisation of Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil (HVO), and Wallywhy 200’s thoughtfully designed glass cockpit, allowing natural light and decreasing the need for electricity.
Adding to the excitement, the Festival features a significant number of premiers, including one world premiere and 19 premieres across Asia-Pacific, Southeast Asia and Singapore. This highlights the significance of the Festival for leading yacht brands in the world including a stellar selection of leading yacht brands and models such as Axopar, Azimut, Ferretti, Gulf Craft, Leopard, Princess, Sanlorenzo, and
Sunseeker among others.
Introducing a dynamic new concept: the Lifestyle Festival Market
This year’s Festival will also introduce a Lifestyle Festival Market, celebrating the diverse interests within the yachting community. The market will feature a showcase of pop-up alfresco stalls with food, beverages, and family-friendly carnival games. Attendees can also enjoy adrenaline-pumping demonstrations of the latest gadgets like jet-boarding, while rhythmic live music and captivating roving entertainment add to the ambiance.
The Festival’s offerings have also expanded to cater not only to seasoned yacht enthusiasts but also to first-time boat buyers. Alongside the main attractions, attendees can explore ancillary yachting equipment, including tenders and various recreational gear. Those interested in hands-on experiences with water toys can indulge in an experiential zone – also offering trials and sea trials aboard charter
vessels, seabob-jet and speedboat rides, promising an unforgettable experience for all.
