SIMPSON SUPERYACHTS ANNOUNCES JAMES CLAYTON AS SALES DIRECTOR
Hong Kong – Simpson Superyachts, a leading name in the luxury yacht industry in Asia and part of Simpson Marine Group, announces the appointment of James Clayton as the Sales Director, based in Hong Kong. With many years’ experiences in the yacht industry and a deep understanding of the Asian market, James brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role.
James Clayton’s journey in the yachting industry spans over two decades, during which he has earned a strong reputation for his dedication, knowledge, and passion for the sea. In recent years he has worked for Italian shipyard Benetti and US brokerage firm Merle Wood & Associates, both in Europe and in the USA. His impressive track record includes many successful superyacht sales and collaborations with some of the most reputed names in the yachting industry.
Notably, James has already sold several superyachts in the Asian region. His understanding of the region’s unique preferences and trends comes from having spent the first 15-years of his life in Malaysia and Singapore and positions him as a valuable asset to Simpson Superyachts as the company continues to strengthen its global footprint.
