Arrow Monaco, a leading independent company in Yacht Management and New Build Project Management based in Monaco with a recent opening of their Fort Lauderdale office, celebrates a significant milestone in its 26-year history with the official transfer of shares and subsequent change of ownership. Mr. Paul Archer, founder of the company in 1997, has passed the helm to Mr. Yerin Hobson, marking an exciting new chapter in the company’s journey.

This transition of ownership comes as a result of a long-cherished vision shared between Mr. Hobson and Mr. Archer. Their friendship began over two decades ago, and in July of this year, it culminated in Mr. Hobson officially taking the reins of Arrow Monaco. With a profound understanding of the company’s heritage, a deep passion for the maritime industry, and a shared commitment to its values, Mr. Hobson is set to lead Arrow Monaco into a promising future.

Over the years, Arrow Monaco has evolved from a boutique-style yacht management company to having a global team spread across the US and Monaco. Mr. Hobson originally joined the team in 2007 as a Yacht Manager, soon after progressing into a Technical Director’s role which he held for five years before becoming CEO. Arrow today offers a comprehensive range of services including operational, new-build, and refit management, surveys, and technical 3D scanning of yachts. Presently, Arrow has 25 yachts under operational management and 17 yachts in build, up to 100 + meters.

The company’s driving force is its people. With a team spanning 12 nationalities, speaking 18 different languages, and having a policy of responding to every captain and client within two hours is one of the biggest reasons behind Arrow’s success and reputation for being a trusted name in the yachting industry.
