The Tostti group launches Acquera group

The TOSITTI GROUP announced today the exciting launch of the ACQUERA GROUP incorporating twodivisions; ACQUERA YACHTING and ACQUERA EXPERIENCE.

ACQUERA YACHTING will focus exclusively on providing full agency services to superyachts globally, something that comes easily to Stefano Tositti and team who have a well-documented track record in the industry.

ACQUERA YACHTING will initially start their 2018 operation in Italy starting from their hometown Venice and has already opened offices in the ports along the Italian coast line, including the main islands. In the lead up to the summer season, the Group has plans underway to open new offices around the Med and eventually expand further afield.

Tositti, Group CEO commented “with the launch of ACQUERA GROUP, it fills me with great satisfaction to turn an idea into reality. We are extremely proud to start the yacht agency business from Venice and have the opportunity to continue serving the yachting clients who my existing team worked with so closely over the years. The market as we know is growing and becoming increasingly more sophisticated with room for new global players, with a different way of doing things”.

Caterina Oliviero, is a founding member of the Group and will serve as the Group’s Commercial Director. Oliviero is no stranger to the yachts, having worked for Tositti since 2000 in the shipping industry, and then moved into the yacht agent side of the business in 2004. Oliviero said “this is an incredibly exciting challenge for us, and our existing team is really looking forward to once again offering a first-class service to the yachts”.

ACQUERA EXPERIENCE is a first in the industry and is born from a vision to fill an increasing gap in the yachting market. ACQUERA EXPERIENCE is an exclusive private lifestyle members club that will be accessible to yacht owners by invitation only. Their headquarters are currently being set up in London, and a New York office will be opened during the second quarter of 2018.

Tositti added: “We did an in-depth analysis of the luxury and lifestyle markets within yachting, and reached the conclusion that despite there being numerous private member lifestyle clubs around the world, there are none that specifically target the yachting industry. No one has more intricate knowledge and understanding of the owners needs and requirements than the industry itself, so for me it is a natural progression to expandin to this market.

The two business divisions of ACQUERA GROUP will share obvious synergies, structures and know how,supporting each other with one objective to meet and exceed customer expectations.
