100m Super Sailing Yacht SY “Project Origami” by George Lucian Art

The project is inspired by the art of origami, with elements of Asian traditional sailing vessels.

Nevertheless, the features of the yacht put it at the limit of the modern technology and innovation.

The front left side of the hull opens completely, becoming a touch and go helicopter pad and revealing a wall of glass illuminating the guest quarters, for when the yacht is at anchor in calm seas.

The mast, which rises from the middle of a beam-wide swimming pool with glass walls, features a crowd’s nest on top, for breath-taking views that the guest can enjoy.

The yacht also features an enormous middle deck with a jacuzzi, sun beds, and entertaining areas.

Beside the tenders that are stored in the hull of the yacht, a speed boat is placed towards bow of the yacht, which is lifted by a crane.

The project is designed for an owner who would not be afraid of stepping out of the traditional sailing yacht shapes, and go beyond anything that was built before, in terms of design, technology and environmental friendliness.
