Gulf Craft Recognized for Customer Service Excellence and Business Leadership at MENAA Awards
Emirates-based shipyard, Gulf Craft, was recognized for its exceptional customer service and business leading efforts at the prestigious MENAA Awards.
The distinguished accolades, which were distributed at the Burj Al Arab, celebrate organizational best practice in leadership and customer service across the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia.The fourth edition of the MENAA Awards were held in partnership with the Institute of Leadership and Management, City and Guilds Group, and Zurich University of Applied Sciences.
Gulf Craft took home the ‘Customer Delight Award’, which is granted to an organization that aspires to not only meet, but also exceed customer expectations through a variety of initiatives, including the introduction of innovative products and services that are relevant to customer needs, timely and accurate delivery of a product or service, creating positive customer experiences, and the presence of clear and credible standards.
Mahmoud Itani, Gulf Craft’s Marketing and Communications Manager, was also honored with the ‘Best Business Leader Award’, which is granted to a business leader who has made a valuable contribution to an organization and played an instrumental role in its growth on both a national and international level.
