Gulf Craft Presents Exquisite Luxury Yachts at Singapore Yacht Show
Gulf Craft is making a highly anticipated return to the Singapore Yacht Show, celebrating 25 years serving South East Asia’s seafaring community, and reaffirming its commitment to meeting the region’s diverse boating requirements.
An annual exhibitor at the show since the event’s inception six years ago, Gulf Craft’syearly participation is part of the yacht and boat builder’s determination to fulfill the growing regional demand for leisure cruising, which, according to the shipyard’s CEO Erwin Bamps, has been largely driven by a rich boating heritage, a significant growth in private wealth, and an increase in overall leisure time.
Figures from The Boston Consulting Group’s‘Global Wealth 2015: Winning the Growth Game’ report show that the Asia-Pacific is the fastest growing region in terms of private wealth, with 15% year-on-year growth and a total private wealth ofUSD 33 trillion. This significant growth is expected to continue, according to the report, with a projected USD 55 trillion in private wealth in 2019 – accounting for just above one-quarter (26%) of the world’s financial wealth, surpassing Western Europe (a projected USD 49 trillion), and closing in on North America (a projected USD 62 trillion).
“Strategically located in the heart of South East Asia and in the economic hub of the region, the Singapore Yacht Show serves as the ideal networking platform to connect with customers, both existing and new,” said Bamps. “More than ever-before, South East Asians are not merely looking for a boat that will take them from point A to point B – they are yearning for a memorable journey that allows them to truly maximize theiron-water experience, while also sharing it with friends and family. They want to spend more time cruising, and they want to do so comfortably – so the focus has shifted from the destination to the quality of time spent on board.”
Serving this growing appetite for long-range, comfortable cruising is Gulf Craft’s oceangoing and long rangeNomad Yachts series, allowing those who revel in the idea of extended sea travel to explore the region’s countless islands, or take their journey a step further and cruise to the corners of the globe.
Following last year’s success, Gulf Craft’s first hybrid semi-displacement yacht, the Nomad 65, will be making its return to the Singapore Yacht Show. Engineered using the most sophisticated technology, this oceangoing yacht combines onboard luxury with deep sea performance, enabling owners to take the five-star loft experience into the midst of the world’s oceans. With white oak parquet flooring, marble counter tops, cozy soft furnishings, and sofas crafted from high-end leather, the Nomad 65 presents comfortable cruising at its finest.
Gulf Craft will also be showcasing its largely popular Majesty 48, a luxury full-option yacht ideal for families to comfortably entertain more than a dozen persons from its viewing decks, and even more inside the panoramic deck.Designed expressly for leisure cruising, the Majesty 48 is the perfect choice for entry owners who would like to easily manage the fly-bridge yacht on their own.
