Porto Montenegro starts construction of Regent Pool Club Residences

We are delighted to announce the start of construction works of our next phase luxury hotel residential development – The Regent Pool Club Residences. Due to increased interest from a variety of international buyers, the Pool Club residences will be completed earlier than planned and we expect the delivery by summer 2017.

Located directly adjacent to the existing Regent Hotel in the heart of Porto Montenegro, the residences will offer some of the most prestigious waterfront addresses on the Adriatic, with one, two and three bedroom luxury hotel residences providing unobstructed sea and mountain views. The hotel residences were designed by the award winning WATG architects of London and MHZ interiors of Paris.
