Riva 122’ Mythos superyacht
The Riva 122’ Mythos superyacht SOL will be displayed at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS) between October 30 to November 3, 2014. Measuring 37 meters in length, motor yacht SOL represents the first yacht by Riva completely built in light aluminium alloy.
She was the collaboration between yacht Designer Mauro Micheli – the founder, together with Sergio Beretta, of Officina Italiana Design, AYT&D – Advanced Yacht Technology & Design, Ferretti Group’s research, style and product development centre and the Interior Design and Technical Department of CRN, which was in charge of the interior and naval project development.
SOL provides a large main deck cockpit with a large sun pad and a table for up to 10 people. The sun deck features a Spa Pool swimming pool surrounded by wide sun-bathing sofas with a dinette area and foldable table. The salon and the dinette are connected to the helm station. There is also a wide galley, which can also be accessed from the crew area of the lower deck. The large garage can host the tender and jet ski.
The 122’ superyacht SOL features the optional 3-cabin version, specially requested by her Owner. The main materials used on this yacht include Canaletto walnut, in a light, softer shade – and specially selected by the Owner for all the yacht interiors – leather and chromium-plated steel, in line with Riva’s traditional style. Every detail is characterized by essential, clean lines, which result in a timeless, extremely natural and yet elegant style. There is also accommodation for the vessel’s crew, sleeping in one captain’s cabin and two twin crew cabins.
Riva 122’ Mythos luxury yacht SOL is a high-tech planning yacht, ensuring great comfort and top performance in her class. The yacht can reach top recorded speed of 28,5 knows and a cruising speed of 26 knots, thanks to twin MTU 12 V 4000 M 93L, 3510 mhp engines.
