Bellagio successfully launched: Mulder Yachts
The ‘Built by Mulder’ Bellagio has been successfully launched on the new Mulder Shipyard location. Bellagio is a full aluminium state of the art yacht with a length of over sixteen meters.
The elegant exterior of the Bellagio has been designed by Vripack Naval Architects. Omega Architects is responsible for the stylish interior that consists two comfortable cabins, a large bathroom, complete with a dedicated shower and toilet and a spacious wheelhouse. Two Cummins engines of 600 hp each and a Zeuss POD drive are expected to deliver a maximum speed of 35 knots. The yacht is fully equipped with the latest technologies including a FLIR night vision camera.
Ultimate day-cruiser
The side windows of the spacious wheelhouse of the Bellagio can be lowered and the roof can be tilted a few inches to experience the unique ‘open sailing feeling’. Bellagio is developed as a day-cruiser or a tender for super yachts. She is expected to be delivered in October and will have her berth in Singapore. With the delivery of the Bellagio, the total number of Mulder yachts built in 2013 raised to five. Mulder Shipyard already delivered a Mulder 73 Flybridge, a Mulder Favorite 1500, a Mulder Favorite 1300 Convertible and a Mulder 75 Wheelhouse earlier this year. Besides these five new-builts, Mulder Shipyard is also constructing five new Mulder motoryachts including a Mulder 94 Voyager, a Mulder 98 Flybridge and a Mulder Favorite 1500.
‘Built by Mulder’
The ‘Built by Mulder’ label invites clients and architects to create a design outside the Mulder gamma, but emphasizes the superior Mulder quality. One of the ‘Built by Mulder’ successes is the 77 feet steel motoryacht “Eleonore”, that attracted a great deal of interest at the Amsterdam in-water Boat Show in 2009. This yacht was built to a design by Werner Yacht Design, who is also the designer of the ‘Built by Mulder’ 48” Saloonboat which is expected to be delivered in March 2014.
