Delta Lloyd North Sea Regatta kicks off the Gazprom Swan 60 Class Circuit
The inaugural Gazprom Swan 60 Class racing season is about to get underway, with the Delta Lloyd North Sea Regatta in Scheveningen, the first official event of the 2013 circuit.
The largest sailing event on the North Sea, the Delta Lloyd North Sea Regatta take place from 7th – 20th May and opens with a 110 nautical mile race from Scheveningen to Harwich.
Five Swan 60s are entered in the first event on the Gazprom Swan 60 Class Circuit: Bronenosec, Spirit of Europe, SGM, Petite Flamme and Tsaar Peter. These Swan 60s first competed against one another in October 2012 during the first Nord Stream Race, with Swan 60 Bronenosec claiming victory in their win.
