73M SUPERYACHT ‘TITANIA’ Participation
The impressive 73 metre (239.5ft) charter yacht TITANIA has arrived in Thailand for the winter season and will be participating in the 14th Asia Superyacht Rendezvous from 16 to 18 December 2014. This year the event is being hosted by Kata Rocks, an exclusive boutique resort overlooking the Andaman Sea in one of Phuket’s most stunning bays. TITANIA will partake in the three day programme of invitation-only events and activities in this wonderful setting.
Delivered by Lürssen in 2006 with a magnificent refit completed in 2012, TITANIA is designed for an effortless indoor-outdoor lifestyle and is stamped with the pedigree of one of the world’s premier shipyards. Her features include all the essential attributes for luxury living afloat: vast entertainment spaces, superlative accommodation and state-of-the-art amenities.
The yacht’s classically designed and sympathetically upgraded François Zuretti interior lets the light in at every opportunity, creating intimate spaces for guests to escape, as well as spacious entertaining areas. Sumptuous accommodation is arranged across seven cabins, including two master suites, a VIP cabin and four doubles, all with beautifully appointed marble bathrooms and the latest entertainment systems. An elevator runs from the lower deck to the sundeck.
TITANIA’s 3.8 meter stern extension now houses a wonderful beach club with sauna, bar and sofa – and the area is designed to convert to a night club. A complete water park can also be deployed from the beach club to provide a safe splash zone, inflatable slide, trampoline and climbing frame – fantastic fun for a family charter in the warm waters of the Andaman Sea’s pristine cruising grounds. The water-level swim platform offers easy access to the vast inventory of tenders and water toys, and the yacht is an accredited RYA training centre, with two qualified jetski instructors who can help charter guests to pass their licenses.
On the sundeck, a stunning enclosed glass veranda accommodates a brand new climate-controlled gymnasium with top of the range equipment – and there’s a fitness instructor on board, too. For relaxation and pampering, the resident massage and beauty therapist offers a range of treatments in the dedicated spa room on the upper deck where a large pool with swim-up bar is located.
