Ocean Marina Pattaya Boat Show opens it doors on 29 November

In less than one week the seventh edition of the Ocean Marina Pattaya Boat Show will take place at the award-winning Ocean Marina Yacht Club in Pattaya, showcasing the best of Thailand’s marine industry from 29 November to 2 December, 2018 to visitors from around the world.

At the heart of the show is an impressive multi-billion baht line-up of power and sail boats for sale and charter with almost 30 global and local boat brands represented ranging from dinghies, trailer boats and speedboats to larger luxury boats and superyachts. The the largest in the show is the MCY96 from Monte Carlo Yachts which is being making its first appearance in Asia at the show and is being displayed by Simpson Marine.

“We have one of the best ever line-up of boats and brands at the show this year. Showcasing the diversity of boating in Thailand, visitors will be able to see some of the biggest global brands from Italy, France, the UK and around the world, alongside high quality locally built boats. In addition to the boat displays, there are more than 60 exhibitors on shore ranging from the latest marine products, water toys and accessories to lifestyle, technology and luxury property,” said Mr. Scott Finsten, Harbour Master of Ocean Marina Yacht Club, organisers of the Ocean Marina Pattaya Boat Show.

Onshore visitors will enjoy displays from Thailand’s leading coastal property developers as well as home products, gadgets and gizmos, the latest marine products and technologies, watersports and much more.

In addition to the near 100 exhibitor displays in-the-water and onshore, highlights this year include the in-water Demo Platform, free yacht cruises for visitors, a Jet Surf competition, kids area with bouncy castle and a number of pop-up restaurants creating an unrivalled waterfront dining experience.

A beer garden with live entertainment daily, makes for the perfect meeting point and enjoyable atmosphere for all.

“Ocean Marina Pattaya Boat Show offers something for everyone. For boat-lovers we have it all from the smallest gadget to superyachts, while for new-comers to the yachting lifestyle there’s plenty of opportunity to learn from the many experts at the show. For families we have kids activities, lots of booths and activities and come sundown the waterfront pop-ups will make Ocean Marina Pattaya Boat Show the place to be, and be seen,” added Mr. Finsten.
