Azimut Yachts disclosed very positive figures with regard to the first three months of the 2016-2017 season. The excellent results delivered by Azimut Yachts were driven mainly by large yachts (over 80’), which reported a +27% value growth. The news coming from the Yachts Miami Beach 2017, the second international boat show of the year, confirm this trend. During the first day of the Miami show the fifth unit of the Grande 35 Metri was sold. This success is incredibly amplified by the fact that the sales of these five unites of the 35 Metri were based on design stage, since the first boat will be officially presented only in Spring 2017. This is another confirmation of the excellent reputation and reliability Azimut Yachts has on international market.
This fifth unit has been sold to an owner who will operate her in the Caribbean region with delivery date expected in Spring 2018.
Azimut Grande 35 Metri will be the biggest boat in the Grande Colletion, the top, high-end Collection of Azimut Yachts. She will offer a concentration of unique solutions for a boat this size, such as two beach clubs (one in the stern and one in the bow), a side garage for the tender and a jet ski, the possibility of adding a third deck to provide a more secluded sunbathing area, and an unprecedented solution that provides the owner’s suite with the biggest extending terrace available on the market. Her highly distinctive stylish interiors will be designed by the famous designer Achille Salvagni, included by AD Collector in its list of the world’s top 100 designers.
The Azimut Yachts division, which specializes in yachts in the 12 to 35-meter range and generates about 50% of the Azimut Benetti Group’s total turnover, grew twice as fast as the market average in the four months from September to December 2016.
