Deep Trekker making a Splash at Dubai International Boat Show

Deep Trekker today announced that they will introduce their premiere product, the DTG2 submarine micro Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) to Middle Eastern yachting market at the Dubai International Boat Show in Dubai, UAE. The show, which runs from March 4-8th, is attended by yacht owners, makers and enthusiasts from around the world, providing a perfect opportunity to display the strong capabilities and maneuverability of the Deep Trekker remotely operated underwater camera (ROV).
Deep Trekker will be exhibiting in the Dive Middle East Exhibition (DMEX) area at booth L-22 with continuous live piloting opportunities for attendees to gain firsthand experience of the thrill of diving to the deep without leaving the deck. “The Middle Eastern market is the ideal area for Deep Trekker ROVs to be working and exploring,” commented Sam Macdonald Deep Trekker President. “This area of the world is new for us and we can’t wait to amaze the area with such an innovative tool and toy.”
The Deep Trekker ROV is ideally used in the yachting market for hull and props inspections, trouble shooting, and exploring a dive site, reef or ship wreck. The HD camera feed streams live to the integrated LCD screen on the controller and can be plugged to a digital video recorder or TV to experience the underwater world from the comfort of the living quarters. The ROV is completely portable with batteries on-board. The unit can be deployed in 30 seconds for a quick view of the hull or a passing school of fish. The possibilities are endless for the DTG2 ROV, providing a robust and interactive experience of the wonders of underwater. Anyone attending the show is invited to the DMEX area for their chance to pilot the Deep Trekker remotely operated vehicle (ROV).
