ASIS Boats delivers Diesel powered rescue RIBs for Offshore oilfields.

ASIS Boats, the world’s leader in providing maritime solutions in Aluminium and fiberglass Rigid Inflatable Boats and Vessels for military, commercial and recreational customers around the world just delivered specialized Search & Rescue boats for use in Offshore oilfields to a French Oil company in Abu Al Bukhoosh, Abu Dhabi.

6.5m in size, the Rescue Rib boats were mainly built for Search & Rescue operations intended to be used in offshore oilfields.
The boats are specially constructed for offshore operations. They are CE certified under category B and are supplied with a Mercury Mercruiser inboard diesel engine of 130Hp (the use of petrol engines being banned in oilfields for a couple of years now), achieving a speed of more than 37mph.

These Search & Rescue RIB boats include four jockey straddle seats, a center console with a forward seat and feature our patented self righting system, a stretcher and a 4 points heavy duty lifting system. Along with our standard navigational and electronics equipments from search light to anchor light, LED navigation lights…Thus having the operational versatility to be used in other settings as well.
As accustomed, these Search & Rescue Rib Boats were fully tested before delivery.
